    Binding Financial Agreement – $2,000 Fixed Fee

    Whether you're entering a relationship or looking to formalise arrangements during or after separation, a Binding Financial Agreement (BFA) gives you control over your financial future — not the courts. Our fixed fee BFA service provides clear, customised legal protection tailored to your circumstances.

    • Tailored to your relationship (pre-, during, or post-);

    • Legally binding and drafted by an experienced Australian family lawyer;

    • Includes legal advice and certification, as required under the Family Law Act;

    • Fixed fee – no surprises, just peace of mind.

  • I provide independent legal advice to ensure that both parties fully understand the Binding Financial Agreement. This helps you make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.

    Independent Legal Advice (Binding Financial Agreement) – $800 fixed fee

    If your partner, spouse, or ex has had a Binding Financial Agreement (BFA) prepared, you’ll need independent legal advice before signing.

    What’s included:

    • Correspondence with you

    • A comprehensive review of the Agreement and provision of our independent legal advice.

    • Issuance of a Solicitor’s Statement of Independent Legal Advice

    Additional Fees

    Superannuation Split: If a superannuation split is required under a separation BFA, an additional fixed fee of $300 applies to manage that process.

    Fee Summary

    • $800 – Review of the BFA, provision of independent legal advice, and issuance of a Solicitor’s Statement of Independent Legal Advice;

    • $300 – Managing a superannuation split under a Separation BFA.
